Eleven USRRC Competition Roadsters were among the last competition 289s built representing the final
state-of-the-art in competition Cobras. They were used primarily as team cars in races in the U.S. in 1964 and
1965, mainly in the USRRC series. After the 1965 season they were sold as 'used race cars.' Three cars were
sold, brand new, to customers. These cars were used in SCCA competition.
This is a very well done resin cast kit by Marsh Models with photo etched parts. The body is cast as one piece
so it does lack engine compartment and details.  Exterior is finished with authentic Guardsman Blue from
MCW Automotive Finishes, sanded and polished.
I never seen one of these race, my loss, but I did see one at a Shelby American Automobile Club convention
back in the '70s.
